I'm looking to buy and old 1948 plantation house here in Honolulu and its got a lot of flaking peeling paint on the exterior. I already have a RO150 and wonder if that can do the job with some burly grits or would the RAS be more suited to the job. My main concern is lead paint so I'm only going to sand where its absolutely necessary. I may just opt to have the exterior sub'd out but the interior I'll take on. Worth the money or should I go for a Deltex for corners or possibly a FEIN Multimaster? This will be my first official attempt at re-habbing whole house but the upside is that there is really nothing I can screw up as its pretty beat. Thanks in advance
