Rotex 90

I have a project coming up to refinish a bunch of large timbers in a house. I did some test sanding today with my Rotex 125 and thankfully the finish removes very quickly.

My question is for those who have the RO90 with the extended delta head. How far does it extend? I have a bunch of ridge beams to sand and the angle of the vaulted ceiling makes for tight access.

I can check when I get back to the shop. But, it extends about an inch or so if memory serves. There is no DC in the head or it is not as effective as the regular head, FWIW. I think it is a good accessory and not too expensive.

There is an extended pad available for the RO 90...496803 which extends well past the body.
