Router accessories

Greetings:

I am about to get my fouth Festool, an OF 1400 EQ Router. I have a sander, a vac and the domino.

I have a Felder combination machine and I have a router spindle for the shaper so it acts like a router table. While the combo will take a dado cutter, I prefer not to use it, hence one of the needs for a router. I have a PC router but it doesn't plunge.

Having not used any of the Festool guides, I was wondering what sort of accessories I need to get with the router.

Well, to start, you would need the Guide Stop, to attach the router to the rails, a pair of clamps; either the FSZ's or Quick Clamps. A pair of Limit Stops  to help with stopped dados is a good thing.

I got Freud's 13 piece 1/2" shank bits. A good starter set if you don't have any. I took the opportunity to gather up all the other orphan bits from old routers and yard sale them.
