built with 18mm plywood 4 meter alluminum curtain-rail, 6mm inbus
i used 3mm screws every 10cm to mount the rail sturdy
it all costs a few bucs on material (20 Euro thats about 21 Dollar)

where did you buy the rail ?
gamma/karwei/praxis ? ( all dutch shops for our foreign readers ☺)

Nice and Simple!  I like it.

Does the same type of ball hex head screwdriver like the one supplied with the Festool MFS work on this?  Is that the reason for the extra flat bottom holes?

@ mdamsma:  Hornbach gordijnrail 1 t/m 3 mtr. voor de 2 mtr betaal je 5,5Euronen incl schroefjes en runners
ze hebben daar ook m6 imbus en m6 vierkante moerplaatjes
Ik heb m3 x 25 houtschroefjes gebruikt welke om de 10cm geboord met 5,2mm om de kopjes te verzinken

Thanks for your idea, because it was actually the basis for my curtain-rail jig
As i used my jig today, i noticed the missing of tracks for the festool-clamps
You made the T slots with your router, so you can clamp it anywhere.
I don't own a T-router bit, so i have to buy one soon. any suggestions what an where to buy?
