Routing Boxes and Furniture Handles

From the linked Festool 202:
Set the routing depth. When doing this, ensure that the distance from the cutter tip to the middle of the radius is 19 mm. This dimension is important because the routing depth t is calculated as follows.
I'm no native speaker, but these sentences don't make any sense to me.

The second because what should it tell me (don't use another router bit?), the last as the word 'depth' can't be found anywhere else in the pamphlet and nothing follows regarding any calculation.

[member=1619]SRSemenza[/member] could someone at Festool look at this to release a version that's making sense?

[member=53905]Gregor[/member] I agree that the statement makes no sense. But that is because the rest of the example showing the calculation for t is missing.

I don't know anything about the instructions. But if the question is whether or not the router bit is available in North America from Festool?  It is not. The router bit line was dropped from NA quite a few years ago. With the exception of a few particular bits.

I am guessing you can get a bit to do that job from another maker. Maybe a dealer still has one.
