I saw this Roxon knife/scissor combo in the Lee Valley email I received last Thursday. I immediately found the knife on Amazon and got it the next day. It's a pretty good knife and quite novel that it comes with a pair of scissors, all for under $20.

It's not that much thicker from some of the other plain folding knives that I have.

The scissors cut well and are easier to use than the scissors in my Gerber Dime Travel since they are bigger. I find using scissors is usually safer/easier than trying to use a knife in lieu of scissors. I think this is likely going to replace my Gerber Kiowa as my EDC pocket knife.
I'm planning on picking up a couple more to give as gifts. Not sure if this tickles anyone else's fancy, but I recommend it.
