I bought a DS400 awhile back and also bought the parts to convert to a RS400.  I never made the conversaion, so I have the parts available for sale.

Part# 489252 H&L Pad - $21.00 (Retail) No packagaing
Part# 489215 Platte & Screws - $10.50 (Retail) Still in original Platic Bag

I would ship domestically for $22.00.
