I need to cut some 3" and 4.5" polyiso foam (thermax) to fit between rafters. When I use the s155/w with my ps300 I get a nice clean cut but the blade doesn't want to stay square as the cut progresses. I tried a carver s145/4 FSG blade and it gives a great square cut but unfortunately there is significant dust. Any thoughts on what could be going wrong with the s155 blade? I have it on the 0 pendulum swing setting and have tried faster and slower blade speed settings but without better results.
