I have a few Stabila Hole Finders for sale at $69.99 each. That is your total price except in TX, where I have to charge tax.
There are two kinds. The HL100 is typically used for making holes in structures for running plumbing or wiring. You can aim it horizontally or angle it. You can also swing the laser left and right. It comes with 2 sizes of locking nuts, one for holes 7/8" - 3" and one for holes that are 3-1/4" - 4-3/4".

The V2R or Vent-to-Roof laser is for just what it says. You put it in a vertical pipe. Orient it using it's illuminated vial and the laser shows you where to make the penetration above.
