Does this include the templates and accessories for the VS600, or just the unit itself?

As of right now it just seems to be on the VS 600 jointing system - 488876 for 274.50.  Shane can you confirm?

The templates are not included in the closeout. We will continue to offer and support existing VS 600 owners with accessories.

Shane,

If the VS600 is being discontinued, does that mean there is an all-new dovetail jig coming? [poke]

[scratch chin]

Wow!

I just bought my t-15 2 weeks ago, I guess I will check on a refund of the difference.... I hate to return it since there is nothing wrong with it, and I plan on keeping it.

JRB, I'm sure Shane will have the "knowledge" on that but I suspect that the have made a business decision when its hard to compete against the likes of the Leigh jig.

I understand that the FS-PA Big bag is being discontinued and not replaced as it wasn't a big seller like they had hoped, and there are only about 40 left in Germany.

Once they have gone there are no plans at this time to replace it. Shame its a great bag for storing all manner of stuff.

Johnny, as far as I know, I don't think there will be a replacement for the jig unless it is ultra hush hush.

Thanks for that info Guy.  Guess that means my bag will really shoot up in value.  Maybe by the end of the year I can trade it for a nice Mercedes with a steering wheel properly on the left.

Ken

Having seen what people have been paying for "toolies" on Ebay, I think with the proceeds from the Big Bag you could buy Statten Island!!! [big grin] [big grin]

Thanks Guy, but I'd buy Gilligan's Island before I'd ever think of buying Staten Island (anyone from this area knows why).  Ok, back to the topic...

Sean, I'm assuming only bits for the VS 600 are being discounted/discontinued?

Brice, it is actually just about all bits ASIDE from MFK 700 bits.  Pricing on the site reflects the discount.

What did I miss? The T15 and 12 are already being replaced?

Peter, look for new T drills, and C drills, late this summer into fall.  LED's, battery gauges, belt clips, etc

Worth a look, most of the bits on sale have nothing to do with VS600.

Glad to see the LR32 bits aren't being discontinued.

Ouch, I just bought the T15 set from Bob a couple of weeks ago too as after agonizing over the C12 deal I finally decided not to wait for the new C15 set. I do love the T15 but it hurts to miss that discount and the new features :-(  It has been a spectacular tool to put my kitchen in though, so no complaints there [thumbs up]
