SALES & SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Ultimate Tools is looking for a Sales & Support Representative to join our growing team! We sell premium woodworking tools and machinery to both the hobby and professional markets. Our customers are our friends, and we grow through their success.
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and outgoing team member interested in a career in sales. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills to create an exceptional customer experience.
You will be primarily responsible for interacting with our customers face-to-face, and by phone and e-mail. As part of our front line, we recognize that your contributions are vital to our success.
Job Duties:
• Assist customers in-store, and by phone and e-mail
• Establish new customer relationships and build on existing ones
• Work with warehouse team and office manager to coordinate deliveries to customers
• Identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
• Update customers on pending orders
• Recommend changes in products, services and policies by evaluating feedback and competitors
• Help maintain and update our website with current information
• Keep management informed by submitting activity on monthly reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Focused on providing an excellent customer experience
• Confident and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills, and able to clearly present a product or idea
• Eager to build and maintain customer relationships
• Motivated to make sales
• Able to work in a team environment
• Willing to learn, with a positive attitude
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
• A thorough understanding of woodworking tools and machinery
• Ability to work independently
Work Hours
• This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.
• Must be available 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday
