Just to let everyone who may be interested know, we will be having a sander demo day November 2, 2013.

We will be running a "Sanding Seminar" for about 4 hours.  Our local Festool Guru Daniel will be demonstrating most if not all of the sander line, and answering all of your questions.

There will be food, and other fun activities.

More information will be coming out soon.

Mark your calendar, November 2.

What time?

What kind of activities? Just want to know if I should bring the kids. My daughter saw the photos of the bouncy castle online and yelled at me for not going to the last event.

We are looking to start around 10am, go until noon.  Break for lunch, and then have about another hour of information.

It will be broken down into "Sander Seminars" focusing on individual sanders.  (I'll put a schedule up soon)

No bouncy castle, so unless they really like sanders I don't think the kids will be upset if they miss this one.

The sanding demo day is just a few days away.  This Saturday, 11/2/13

Here is the layout of the day.

10 am:  The first two hours of the seminar we will be discussing and using the finishing sanders:
ETS150/5, ETS150/3, ETS125, DTS400, RTS400, RS2.

Around noon:  Break for lunch... ON US  [thumbs up]

After lunch it's on to the Rotex series sanders, RO150, RO125 and the RO90

Everything is hands on so you can touch and feel the sanders.

Throughout the day, we will also go over the wide assortment of abrasive paper that Festool has.

Plan your time accordingly if there is a certain sander your interested in learning about.

We hope to see you all there!!

This Saturday, 11/2/13

One final reminder.

The demo day is tomorrow!!

So who's coming?

I just want to thank everyone who came out to the Sander Demo Day.

It was very productive.  Daniel went through the full line of Festool sanders, explaining the best uses for each.

Everyone who attended, even long time Festool users, learned something new.

I Can't wait for our next demo day.

I would be interested in something like this if held locally to me.  Maybe you could tape it next time and post it here or on Youtube?

I wish I could've made it. It was all set in stone until work ruined my plans!
