Sanding Paper tray

Hi,

I had something similar that I used with my previous sander.  A piece of plywood about 24" long with dowels sticking up (about an inch tall) in the appropriate pattern for three stacks of disks.  Though the sander was six holes I just put three dowels in.  The dowels were  dowelling dowels ( for joining) the tapered ends made it easy to slip the sander and disks on.  It worked OK.  It had two problems  the disks didn't want to stay flat and tended to pop off the dowels do to curling. I fixed this by putting another piece of plywood (drilled to match) on top when not in use.  The second problem was that often, just do to a little cling, more than one disk wouold get picked up. Neither was a big deal though. The rack idea looks cool.
