No. That’s why I bring it up. The battery runs a thinner kerf blade. The corded runs a thicker kerf blade. The new corded saw will run the same thinner kerf blade as the battery saws, but we aren’t allowed to offer them until March 25.JINRO said:Fast_Freddie said:Just remember that the tsc55 runs the thinner kerf blade than the regular ts55. Yes, I believe both are same with/without battery difference only.

Ah you are right. It's the new TS which isn't released yetFast_Freddie said:No. That’s why I bring it up. The battery runs a thinner kerf blade. The corded runs a thicker kerf blade. The 500463 was originally released for the HK/HKC saws which were aimed more for rough framing, that's where the 12 tooth count comes in.
The 205559 was released for the TSC K model and that comes with 16 teeth which is better for cabinet building. You could run either on the TSC K and there might be a time when the 12 tooth version would be good for a very dense/tough wood.
Interestingly enough, in the UK a 205550 blade was released and it's the 1.8mm kerf version but with 12 teeth...go figure and a 16 tooth version is NOT even offered.

I'm honestly not sure what the difference between the two blades is as they both appear to have the same kerf and tooth count. Maybe the angle or depth of the gullets are different?
