I was in a similar boat when I was checking out second-hand CMS bases. I remember finding a decent one at a flea market in Sacramento sacfleamarkets.com and it gave me a good idea of the price range. Typically, a second-hand CMS base can go for around $200 to $500, depending on the condition and any additional parts or features.

Similar to Alex in NL, 450-550€ for Germany. You'd have to be really lucky to get one for 350€ these days (used to be the old going rate before they discontinued it)
