Does anyone have a working contact at Seneca Woodworking? I’ve tried twice to reach them by phone only to be directed to send a message, which has been done twice with no response. I am trying to correct an error on a recent error, likely my error. I ordered Tenon Flush Trim Protectors for the Domino Tenons somehow for both the DF700 and DF500 when I only have the DF500. I have tried to get ahold of them to see if I can send the DF700 set back. The cost is not insignificant, and a refund would be appreciated.
