Server Speeds

Good afternoon all,

I continue to monitor server speed, and I'm concerned about one key metric that continues to lag behind where I'd like it to be. 

All-in-all, the server has performed quite well today and I'm currently not seeing delays in posting or page loads.  This is simply an effort on my part to stay transparent in regards to our efforts to provide the best user experience for FOG users.

If the server slows to unacceptable speeds, I will need to reboot the server to push the last configuration change.  I'll let you all know as soon as I make that determination.  I'll then work to schedule this outage for an off-peak time (in the next 8 hours or so).

I'm now seeing extreme slowness on the FOG.  I will need to reboot the fog server so that the new setting can be applied.

I will be rebooting the server at 3:30 PM Eastern Time today.  This will allow for the FOG to be up and running this evening with fewer frustrations.

The server has been rebooted.  The final settings changes have been put into place.

Warp speed has been restored Captain. It appears the core is now fully operational again.
