Simple little project of White Oak mirror frames, 24" x 48" glass. This morning I needed to add keyhole slots to hang them.
I made a simple rounded rectangle on-tool and located it on one corner with Plate. Then all I had to do was spin/flip the piece to cover all 4 corners.
Since there were 10 of these to do (potentially more) I decided to set up a second router with a 1/8" straight bit too. I ran it first to take some of the load away from the keyhole bit.
This full sized pattern will allow the installers a perfect pattern to put in the screws too.
Directions on the back, for future reference.
Off to the finish department tomorrow, hopefully the glass show up too.

That's so smart! I thought you used the domino at first. I might have to give the domino a go when confronted with this dilemma though!
