It was reported here a while back that Forrest no longer sharpens Kapex blades due to their variable tooth spacing.  I don't know if they have changed their policies since then.

WD Quinn Saw out of St. Louis will handle it.  800-654-8774.  Call them, give them your email address, and they will send you an order form and a price list.  Great customer service and they do very good work. Very modern CNC grinders and very detail oriented. Pricing is very fair.  The laser etching of the company name onto the blade doesn't affect performance but it's a nice touch.

I started using them because I have a couple blades with non standard, custom geometry for my Copemaster which they can handle.
