Simple Improvement to Midi Vac Cord

Hey Guys,

I found an old 36/26 vac cord winder that I had spare as a result of the other units having boom arms/handles . And I got to thinking the Midi has very little room for the hose and the cord as it's a tight fit. So I looked at how I could retrofit the vac cord holder to the Midi...darn simple I saw there is a funny space at the back of the Midi of no use unless I missed something. So I screwed the unit to a block of timber 50 x 19mm and it "squeezed" down the gap at the back of the Midi perfectly tight.

So now no messy cord !!!!!

Sometimes things just seem to come together so easy hey!

aaahhhhhh so thats what the slot is for!!!!!

Oh well If it leaves the shop I just simply pop out the winder and now pop in a spare bag!! but it rarely ever leaves the shop other than some minor works at my kids houses,
