Nice job Robbie!

Welcome to the FOG!  What Festool toys did you use on the table?

Thanks for sharing.

Eric

First, [welcome] to the FOG!

That looks like a nice project. Thanks for posting!

Thank you [wink]

I used the Domino DF500 (love that thing) and the RTS 400 für Sanding the smaller parts.

Hi Robbie,

Again, welcome to the FOG.

The patio table is very nice and I have had a look at your web site where I found many super ideas and designs.

What oils do you use?

Do you have a big magnet in that knife block?

Peter

I´m mainly using CLOU oils (don´t know if they´re distributing their oils outside of Germany?!). The oil i used on this project is called "Clou Hartöl - rotbraun"; but I also use other finishes like laquer, danish oil, shellac,...

Regarding the knife block: There are 6 smaller magnets in the block, so that the block carries 6 knifes. I think one big magnet would be very expensive and perhaps there could be some kind of disturbances when placing knifes on both sides of the block ???

Great looking table. I also like your wine bottle holder on your website, very nice work.
