Did I miss something here?  I have been off the fog for a week or two and all of a sudden these disclaimers have been popping up in most threads involving tool usage.  What's up with that?  Don't tell me the lawyers have actually been reading this stuff!  [scared]  I guess with those stupid Ryobi lawsuits, etc even Festool has to practice CYA.
