This is the original Bridge City Tool Works DJ-1 Drill Guide (Imperial), when they still included the 45 and 22 ½ degree jaws to make square and octagonal edges. No longer in production.
It is in pristine condition, never having been used.
Does many of the things you can do with a drill press, and much more, self-centering on flat, round and square stock.
