Update: several questions have come to me concerning the hose, so I just checked: A 27mm hose end goes INSIDE the metal tube, while a 36mm hose end goes OUTSIDE the tube. Typical Festool efficiency - their most common hose sizes both work!
Here is a Festool Floor sweep for a 36mm hose. When in use, the user is about 51" from the floor sweep. The tubes are chrome plated steel, and the floor sweep is aluminum, with plastic inserts for the brushes. I'd like $75, PayPal, and I'll split shipping charges, CONUS inly. First PM wins.
