I’ve refined my design on this and it’s turning out quite nice

Up for sale is a unique Festool Systainer³ SYS3 M 187 with a custom insert for both the RO 90 and RO 150 Rotex sanders.

I modified the webbing on the lid a bit where I inserted the small kaizen foam strip. This is to allow the Systainer to close properly.

Fits both the RO 90 and RO 150 Rotex sanders in one Systainer
Stores around 120 RO 90 sanding sheets (around 40 per hole)
Stores around 50 RO 150 sanding sheets
Has room for your Delta pad
Allows the RO 150 to be stored with the front handle attached

This is an excellent way to save space and fit both your sanders in one Systainer. The front carrying handle makes for good ergonomics as well!

This is not a CNC cut insert but does the job and looks nice. The sandpaper holes were cut with a hole saw.

Sanders, sandpaper, and accessories are NOT included.
