SOLD FS: Kapex KS-120 EB For Sale, Excellent condition, never on job site

For sale is my Kapex KS-120-EB.  I have enclosed pictures.  I am a hobby woodworker, and this saw is in great shape as hopefully you can see by the pictures.  I saw one sell on Ebay in similar condition, reportedly with less use without crown stop, for $1,225.  I am asking for my saw, with crown stop and manual $950.  This is local pickup in the LA-OC area of So Cal 90274 zip code.  I am listing it here only first to the FOG.

I just listed this on ebay with a $930 BIN.  Willing to sell to a FOG member for $900 if still available.  If it does not sell, I will lower the price, but this price seems to be well below the average sale price of this saw so I am hoping that will not be necessary.
