Don't get the point of the R beam things.

Seems to me that there's one side of the level that you can't get the pencil to do an accurate mark to, plus if I'm going round a room I flip the level round so if there is any inaccuracy the next flip cancels it out.

Not so with the R beam level.

I have the r beams and they are fantastic. Flipping the level certainly isn't nessary!
The only downside is that they are a little on the heavy side.
