You can do 100 tenons in fairly few cuts. If you have a piece long enough for 96 tenons, gang cut it into 2x48, then 4x24, then 8x12. I would use a table saw or bandsaw with the pieces clamped together against a cross-cut sled. When I get to each 12-tenon piece I would repeat the gang cutting till I get 12 tenons- 2x6, 4x3, then clamp all 4 together and make 2 cross cuts to get 12 tenons.
I make that 35 quick cuts to get 96 tenons. Not so bad.
