Stool legs finished on 150 FEQ?

I have some small stool legs I'm refinishing and wondered what you fellas use to get the "final" finish.  I used my drill to mount the legs and strip the finish.  Worked ok but because of the way I had to mount it to the drill it was pretty "wobbly".  Ended up hand sanding to 220 but I've still got some sanding marks from using the drill.  Would the 150FEQ be a good choice to get the legs to "finish" quality or would I end up with a bunch of flat spots on the circular legs?

If you're going to use one of our sanders, I would highly recommend using one or two interface pads. They will allow the abrasive to better conform to the shape of the leg. I would also recommend a higher grit and lower speed setting to help prevent the potential of flat spots, but I think you should be ok.

The Rotex would probably be overkill, but would certainly work. The ETS 150 would also be a good choice.

Thanks for the info. My only Sestool sander is the 150 FEQ so thats my only choice.  I'll check with my local Woodcraft for those pads.
