HI,

Just thought i'd share my new workbench I made today. Really simple I know but I was struggling for ages in my small work space with no storage.
Got space now for HVLP sprayer a few systainers with extra material storage on the other side

Put on 155mm heavy duty lockable castors it's really easy to move around when not in use.

Would certainly use a stronger ply then construction ply next time though.

Thanks for looking.

Hi Tom,

I know this thread is a couple month old, so hope you will still read it.

I am working on a similar build for my personal garage workshop, and wondered if you could give me some pointers before I proceed.  Just a couple of things.

1.  What wooder battern size did you use as the frame? (i.e. 4x2)?
2.  What thickness was the MDF?  -  I want it to be pretty robust, but not heavy to more around.
3.  I see that you used 155mm Castors.  Were they rubber or nylon?  Where did you get them from?  Ive been searching and closest i can find is a this tool cart wheel

Sorry for the fairly basic questions, but I guess it took you a good few days to build and I want to make sure I am doing it right.

Best regards
