SYS-CE Assembly Package

Just purchased SYS-CE Assembly Package. I would appreciate some additional information on a couple of things. There is, what appears to be a mandrel on the top tray (in front of the brad point bits). What is its function? Also, there are a couple of molded slots in the bottom tray that are empty and appear to receive specific items. What goes there? Thank you in advance.

I believe the mandrel you are referring to is the jacobs to centrotec adapter.

The empty bins on the bottom tray are to add bins that you may need extras of.

Most likely those are for centrotec parts available in Europe, but not included in the US set.
