Syslite Duo Dead

Yesterday on the job my Syslite Duo started to flicker and just died.
Has this happend to anyone else yet?

I'm sending it in for repair after Labor Day. Its 1.5 years old.

I had this with plenty of (no Syslite, LED or not) stuff with built-in power supplies - usually the device is OK, just a 10 cent capacitor on the power supply board died.
