Syslite w/18v battery issue

My syslite likes to "blink" specifically between high and low when my t18 battery is attached. When it is plugged in or using the internal battery all is well.

The blink goes like this: high-low-high-stay on high for a minute or so then repeats.

Doesn't matter what charge is on the battery either.

Thoughts? Anyone else knoticed this? Time to call festool service?

I'd suggest referring the issue to SETI (Academics from 11 institutions have set up a network to co-ordinate their Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence (Seti).

Is it only the case with one of your 18's ? ... do you have other batteries to try?
