Picked up my new Sysroll today.  Went together without any problems.  However, the track saw rails do not seem to fit down in the slot made for them in the bottom of the Sysroll.  It looks like there is a small cross piece in the slot that is keeping the rails from going down all the way into the slot.  This makes the rails slop around quite a bit when moving the Sysroll.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
rob

Some people have removed that little tab.  Others have said that the rails don't come out even with that tab and they left it in place.

I saw that video.  Used a chisel to pare out the plastic piece.  Even with the strap in place, the rails still do not fit into the slot without rocking back and forth more than they should.  Very strange design.  Why would Festool go to the trouble and expense of adding a slot for the rails and then do such a poor job fitting the slot to the rail?

BTW, I use the bottom drawer of the Sysroll to store Festool tool manuals.

One thing I learned today at the Festool Road School with the Sysroll is that you can reverse the T-lock Systainers and then open any one of them in the stack (since the lid opens opposite the rails).  There is enough space to still see the labels clearly.  I thought that was pretty cool.
