I am considering purchasing the subject but I can't tell what the insert looks like.  Does Festool or anyone have a closeup of the insert in this systainer? I have the systainer for the RO90 abrasives and it works well and was clearer in the photo how it held abrasives.  The 6" looks like it stores the discs on edge and the back "slots" looks like they are for square abrasives....

Any more clarity anyone can provide short of ordering and inspecting myself would be appreciated.... [big grin]

Thx

Yes, if that is the insert, it makes sense to me.  What is confusing is what you show has 2 columns of spaces for discs and the one in the catalog shows 3.  It is clear your insert is different.  On further inspection of the abrasive systainers in the catalog it appears Festool is showing a generic insert for their abrasive systainers except for the RO90?!  If that is true which Tom's photo seems to confirm, its not helpful [mad].  Thx for the foto, Tom.

Tom's photo is correct. You should check out his website because he sells abrasive systainers with abrasive assortments. I have 4 of them for my sanders and like them a lot.

I'm not sure if it's clear in the image above but there are 5 pockets in each row and 2 rows.

The picture you're referring to is for abrasives to a RS3, paper sizes 93x178. That's the square slots in the rear and delta 93V in the front. I don't think the RS3 sander is available anymore?
