My 15-year-old daughter has seen and now wants the xxs systainer. She saw the little one that came with the shaper. I fear that now she and my wife have an idea of them they are no longer happy with hobby lobby hobby cases. I use those for abrasives. I like the clear cases. But this could be bad. Next, she'll want a mini then a large systainer. I have a feeling this might get expensive!

Yes, a slippery slope it is!
Too late I already started a cart at the systainer store. Sadly no anthracite xxl337 or empty m89. I keep watching. Is anthracite black or more of a chalky dark dark grey-black? And what is the same size as the Festool systainers? M or L? I am a bit confused, and now my family wants to know why xxs is only light grey? I'm thinking I'll have to make a few of these Christmas presents but oh what a can of worms I worry that will open!
Anthracite is the chalkboard black/grey color. More black than grey, but not jet black.
I will vouch for the systainer store guy- I've bought quite a bit from him, no problems at all. Keep an eye on the closeout page, there were some screaming deals there recently.
And "M" is the regular width- L is the MIDI size. Not sure if it's *exactly* MIDI sized, but the M is an exact match for the width of regular T-locs.

It is a very dark gray, but definitely gray.
I don't think I have ever seen the xxs or micro- sys in anthracite.

I try to keep stock of things, but it ebbs and flows with items from Tanos USA and Tanos Germany.

XXS - smallest size. The T-Loc version is call Micro and there was a mutli-colored unit.
Mini - this is only available in T-Loc style. I'd like to believe they would make a SYS3 style though I have no intelligence on this.
M or standard width. SYS3 come in more heights than T-Loc

I got the tiny ones yesterday. My daughter will love them even though she has no idea what she is going to use them for. Kids. After Christmas, yes I always prepare early, especially this year, I will be buying some of the sys 3 in black. I really like that black. I hope it isn't discontinued by then! Thanks!
