Systainer³ for the “Festool 4-step sanding” system

Festool promotes this product/method for their Automotive Systems Group.

Don't ask me why they call it 4-steps when they're actually using 5 different grits of paper.  [blink]  It is interesting though. The instructions are printed on the cardboard cover Systainer insert.

I do not understand the need to start at 80 grit on a car, those scratches are totally not wanted. Starting at 120 is coarse enough.

So - how's that distinctly different from the approach I used with my approach for my 125mm sanding supplies?  Maybe Festool is finally catching up???  [big grin]
