T 12 on Amazon

So looking for advice about a used - very good condition T12 set on amazon. It is a warehouse deal so I presume it was used then returned. The set is $352 but it is the older model (no light, 2.6ah batteries). Is this a good purchase or should I go with the CXS since I can save $50, get a brand new drill, and have brand new batteries that have not been sitting for a few years. Also, it seems that the t12 isnt a whole lot more drill than the cxs except for the larger chuck and a little more power. I have a corded drill I can use for heavy duty stuff, but I am looking for my first "nice" drill as I get started in this hobby. Thanks!

Go for the new CXS. The T12 is an older and now discontinued model. It doesn't offer that much over the CXS, while the smaller form factor of the CXS is very convenient.

I don't believe that it is a used model - as Alex said it is a discontinued model.

It was used and returned to amazon, and is now in their "warehouse deals" section. There are some small marks on it and such. I think I will go for the cxs as I already have a corded drill. Seemed like a good deal though.
