T18 Jacobs Chuck wobbles

Im not sure what happened as my T18 (not abused) Jacobs chuck wobbles if i put a drill bit in of any type. even my festool bits that i know are true and are not bent wobble pretty significantly  [mad]. However if i put my centrotec/bits/drill bits on they are perfect, so it has to be the jacobs chuck that somehow has gotten out of whack.

Its a year and a half old and came with my T18+3 set. Is it under warranty or do I have to buy a new one?

My personal guess is that it would be covered as part of the set, but Festool knows better.  I am going to move this thread into the "Ask Festool" area where if you can believe it it will get noticed faster.

Sorry for the issue. I'm not sure what would cause it to suddenly begin exhibiting this issue.

The drill and all of its components (including chucks) would be covered by warranty. You can initiate a warranty repair on our website, or call and speak to someone in our service department if you'd prefer. Note that we will be closed on Thursday and Friday for the holiday.
