I have been using my Festool sanders all day for the last 2 days.

It sucks but, it is made almost tolerable by the comfort and ease of use these sanders offer.

Oh, the Kapex is very comfortable even after 500+ cuts a day.

Thanks guys, keep up the good work so I can keep up the good work.

I'll second this but throw the domino in the mix.  I'm in the middle of doing cabs for a kitchen, two baths and a laundry room.  I'm using dominos and ps to put everything together.  Assembly has been a breeze with this set up.

  Russ and Darcy,

A couple of years ago, a month or so before the Domino was to go on sale, a woman from Massachusetts called me and asked if she could somehow get a Domino. She was getting her kitchen done over - complete like of cabinets, and her contractor/carpenter told her if she could find him a Domino, he would offer a considerable discount on the price of the cabinets. I think that says quite a bit about the tool.

My dad called me this week to help him with a bed headboard he's building (normally its me calling him for help).  My dad is a german trained cabinet maker with almost 60 years of experience building fine furniture and there's virtually nothing he can't do with wood.  Why did he need my help you ask - he wanted me to come over with my domino because he doesn't have one :-)

I'll jump in on the Domino! That was my first festoo, with the 33e.  I was a floating tenon fan anyway and it made total sense to me.  That tool has made life so easy it's unreal!  Well lets just say since that purchase I've a hell of a lot poorer and my shop is greener (no tree hugging reference)

Did he get the Domino early ?

Nope, they were not yet available at that time and even though I did have mine (via Lithuania ;)), I wasn't comfortable lending it out to someone about 100 miles away that I didn't know.
