I'm sorry I didn't remember the name of the gentleman, who took my call, but I would like to say Thank you again for the prompt service and stepping up to  take care of my issue.  As I said before I don't know if the part was missed at the factory or if it was lost else where. At any rate you came through for me, I had it installed in a few moments and the router was put to work in short order. Brent  Taylor
