I just wanted to say  [thanks] to everyone for all of the great tool reviews posted.  I enjoyed reading them all and I learned some new things in the process.  I really liked the videos and I feel like I got to know some of you a little better through the process.  This is a great forum with a lot of awesome advice and guideance and I appreciate the community of friendly individuals willing to share their experiences.  Thanks to Festool for having a contest to inspire more reviews too -- we certainly appreciate your generosity and I cannot wait to learn who wins!

I second that. Thank you to everyone who participated, it is nice to put faces to the names and even see new faces and names I enjoyed reading the reviews and I hope something like this happens again sometime soon.  Beyond that, a big thank you to Shane for making this happen and to Festool for providing the prizes.

yep, very true.
im still a newbie, and i find i can learn so much knowledge in the forum. appreciated that so many nice guys share their tips/directions/experiences here.
