So I went to use my Domino for the first time. I was going to use it on some trim around the windows. I had to adjust the plunge depth since it was too deep. So looking at what I thought was the depth adjustment on the side I couldn't figure it out. I kept looking for how to adjust it. Finally I went up stairs and look at the manual, Ah Ha! Something is missing, well something is actually broke.

Figures. Looks like the little pin thats attached to the barrel that rotates for the depth stop broke off. I thought maybe it happened in shipping but there was nothing in the systainer. :(

Ya, was getting setup to do the trim when I noticed. Contacted Amazon and they're issuing me a return label. Although they don't have any in stock, they'll refund and notify when they're in stock. Also talked to Festool but Amazon said they take care of it. Proof you're not only paying for quality, but good customer service! [thumbs up]
