I have seen that the new Festool has 3800 revolutions per minute, but it has a smaller engine
The Mafell has 2900 and more powerful engine.
Do you have experiences with the jigsaw machines, cutting rolled dreams?
Should we look at the power or the number of revolutions?
Laminate floors are about 8 mm and spend quite a lot of leaves.
The type of the blade is not used on top.
Surely some machine takes advantage of the jigsaw blades. Thank you

In my opinion, and I've owned all three - The Mafell is #1, no doubt.
The Festool Trion #2, then waaaaaaay back, the Carvex at #3.
Bosch also make nice jigsaws.
The latest Hilti cordless looks very nice. I'm sure these two would be fine for flooring.
A colleague has the Makita cordless, and I can't stand it. The weird 'soft start' function is not for me.
All of the above will have enough power for flooring, some will just do a better job/be easier to use.
I've never found a pro level jigsaw that lacks power, it's all about how the blade is held and guided, which is why the Mafell is #1.

The Mafell P1 is the king of jigsaws but, any decent jigsaw with a proper laminate cutting blade, will make the job easy.
We use cordless brushless Makita jigsaws for cutting laminate, with the relevant blade. Piece of cake.

Cutting laminate with a jigsaw is the easiest job there is and you could use the cheapest 20 euro jigsaw you can find and get the same result as with the 500 euro Mafell.

I’ve been using the bosh (587)? for a long time. Variable speed, oscillation and dust blower settings. Absolutely no complaints but I might think about a FT if it ever dies.

Any jigsaw can do the job, I used a cheap DeWalt model to do mine last summer.

The real key is the blades. I had great luck with the Bosch T503 blades. A 3 pack was enough to get me  through ~800 sq ft of 12mm laminate.
