The NEW Clearvue CV06 Mini Cyclone

Just saw where Clearvue has reintroduced their mini cyclone. It is currently on sale too.

Doesn't look like your daddy's CV06 cyclone.... Without the cone section, I wonder how this works in comparison with the older version CV06 that I have.

it is dearer that the oneida one but you can have a clear conscience with the clear vue one.
how does the drum hold up to the suction. are they going to come out with a systainer version, i hope so.
it looks a lot shorter that the dust deputy

Very cool looking.  I've had the original CV06 for about 5 years.  Love that thing, though I've evolved way past my shop-vac dust collection system (it was my primary system for 2+ years!)

As an aside, dat der is a dead linky.  A few extra characters in that URL, I think.

I think that new Cyclone is the cat's meow for a Systainer DC (a la Dust Dopey).  According to link above, it's 26" tall, with the flex hose.  I assume that's even sitting on top of the 5 gallon bucket.  Judging the scale from the 2.5" hose, that means the Cyclone itself is probably about 8-10".  That just might fit on a Sys4 with the WCR installed (just a theory!)
