I need to cut some slits in phenolic bar that's about ½" thick. I'd like to have them be like 1/32" or so. I was thinking an oscillating blade might do the trick if I can find one with a thin kerf.

This one:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B085DW3PV7

says it's kerf is 0.05", which is about 1.5/32". Anyone know of anything thinner that will cut plastic? Doesn't have to be a clean cut, btw.

That blade seems thinner than the Bosch blade that I thought were thin.
I would be tempted to carefully flat grind the top and bottom of the blade on the side of a grinding wheel or a surface grinder if you happen to have one of those laying around.

A Japanese pull saw would have that size or even smaller kerf. And you could make a simple jig out of scrap for alignment to get a dead straight cut.
