Guys,

I need some help.

Several of my panels were not cut square.  They vary from 1/16th to 1/8th out of square.  With all of my mistakes so far I will become a genius in this area sooner than I hoped. (LOL.)

I don't want to buy new melamine.  I need tips I can use or a referral to another thread that will help me assemble cabinets using the Danny Proulx's  method of screwing the carcases and what to watch out when I install them.  Any suggestions would be helpful.

Sincerely,

Jim

I would stack the parts and re-cut them at the same time. Even if they aren't perfectly square the second time around either at least they'll be the same so the cabinet should assemble symmetrically, which is the most important thing.
