Honestly, I would have never bought this if I could have found a few more reliable employees. My goal is to train and have skilled employees not just assemblers.

In one of the pictures there is Dale who’s been with us about 2.5 years and Emma who’s been with us about 1 year.

That has been the struggle we have faced for the last several years, covid made it worse, but the problem existed before that.
