Tool refurbishing

Hi - I think it's about time to get my Kapex refurbished.  It's been quite a while since I bought it (well over 3 years now, I believe), and I don't have the original packaging.  Do I have to ship it back to Festool, or can I take it in to a dealership?  How does the process work?
 
You should contact the service department (phone call is advised) and then end up sending to them.  Dealers can't help you with this.

Not officially Festool but anticipating their answer.

Peter is correct.  The easiest method is to visit our website under the service tab.  Then select "initiate a tool repair".  You can then explain what you would like done with the Kapex.
