Torque setting on Festool drill (C18)?

Sorry if this is already asked (couldn't really find it here), but does the numbers on torque wheel correspond to a specific torque setting or is is a arbitrary number ?

Unfortunately, there is no real torque value given. The manual references different maximum torque as well, depending on which material you screw into...
